9 days and a few restless nights later...
- 12 stages were submitted
- 4 judges participated
- 48 votes were cast (obviously, you fucking retard)
There were three participants that stood out as excellent:
AileronOwl
WolfInABox
InhumanPwnage
With that being said, there is only one award. And it goes to: - Spoiler:
InhumanPwnage ! Graded score: B / B- Excelled in: using space well
In the next few days, we (the judges) will post our thoughts and comments on the stages we judged, along with an honourable mention (a favourite stage...and it can't be one of the winner's  ). I'm not going to write up any comment or anything tonight beyond my honourable mention. - Spoiler:
Red Rock Island by BackflipBadger
This stage was a blast for me to play! I know you originally sent it in as a wasting stage, but mid-judging I switched it to racing. Why? As I was dodging and weaving through all the track pieces, all I really wanted to do was race on them.
This was the only stage I played more ... WAY more than I needed to. To judge a stage, you only have to play it maybe once or twice, but I went fucking all out with this one.
Unfortunately, although it was the most exciting stage for me, there were some flaws that could not be overlooked by the other judges, or even by me.
I hope you will participate in the future!
