I've been thinking of making a latency database for things such as wars and tournaments so that everyone may have an idea on where other's trails are for less confusion. What are your thoughts?

I think it would be best if people included ranges, because ping is never the same everyday.

For example:

Anyways, here's mine:

Username: Dexterity
Dominion ping: ~20-40ms
Avenger ping: ~89-113ms

I think figuring out trails on the fly and constantly having to adapt one's strategies accordingly is part of the challenge of the game. Not to mention trails can change, sometimes to a significant degree, in a flash.

Either way, I still love the idea of this topic and the organizational aspect of it. It seems more like something one might want to make exclusive to his own clan though, to give them an edge in wars.
