This is a NFM version I'm making...

If its in black, im not doing it, red, its 0-25%, orange is 26%-49%, yellow is 50%-74%, blue is 75%-99%, and green is 100%.

Cars - colour hacks only
Tracks
Images
Car Stats - adverts is doing it for me, thanks adverts!
Java words 'n' names

So far, theres:

Cars:
OOPS! Deleted the models... D=

Tracks:
6 tracks made.

Images:
All done, but pictures of cars will have to be updated.

Java:
Nothing really. Mainly cause adverts is making the car stat edits, then I'll re-edit the java.

lol. Need For Insanity is a Custom-made track my brother made about a year ago. Wasn't too bad, but I'm wondering where did you get the name from after i named my brother's track "Need For Insanity".

Just thinking... What do you think, should the cars have:


  • 1 word names
  • manufacturer name and car name
  • weird names that mean things in different languages
  • something else?


Also thinking... anyone know of some good music for tracks?

For the names, my perception is give each one a distinct name. The main reason why i like cars with only 1 word names like in Need For Speed High Stakes is as they act like Nick Names.

For my NFM, I add more to it, 'cause I think it gives the cars a brief enough description by it's name.

As for music tracks, you're on your own for this one, I find music and remix it. ^_^

This should turn out to be an above average version. I'm just wondering whether you're gonna change the cars a bit more or not. The tracks look awesome, I see you like making compact tracks (tracks that are big but fit into a small space), something I have trouble doing.

"Crash Course Mayhem" kinda reminds me of "Crystal Summit" with an added bonus of "Death Gorge". XD You know what you want alright. Razz

"Code Red" was particularly genuine if you ask me. Swirling track, but it's way above average through the screenshots.

The first time I saw the track's name "Code Red", I thought of the game mode in Tilt to Live.
Anyway, these tracks will make the game very interesting and fun indeed!

If you've seen that post at the top, it now says "6 tracks complete".

That means MORE SCREENYS!

umm... no. In fact, instead of screenshots, I'm moving to... TEH YOU'S OF TUBE'S!!! I had made a vid already, but I accidently placed it in a folder that says "Access is denied" when I click on it.

I've decided! My vids are utterly c***, so I'm moving back to screenys.

On to a preview of what may be completed in Week 4. (yep, I count how many weeks its been since I started this)

Cars:

After I lost all my models on 9th October (Saturday - Week 2), I am starting to develop some cars. Here's one that's still in development, Sword of RAGE.



Yep, it's a colour hacked Sword Of Justice for NFM use. I had to remove some pieces for the piece limit (9,000 kB-ish, isn't it?). Anyway, LOOK!!! Its got something I made on the back =D

I really have no idea. I had it planned to be finished for 1st December, but Skyline's got in the way and I'm working on that, and thats tommorow.
