NAME OF IDEA: Name Coloroured based off of Experience
SUGGESTED BY: RadicalRacer
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Mainly your color based on your experience playing the game. Experience is gained by winning more games, experience is lost by losing games.
LENGTH: Depends
HAVE YOU SUGGESTED THIS BEFORE? No

DESCRIPTION:

Yellow - growth spurt, has between 1 and 100 experience.

Pink - Has somewhat experience, has between 100 and 250 experience.

Green - Is a neutral player, has between 250 and 500 experience

Blue - Slowly mastering the game, has between 500 and 1,000 experience.

Dark Blue - Known as a well player, has between 1,000 and 5,000 experience.

Red - Is one of the greatest players known to the game, has between 5,000 and 10,000 experience.

CREDITS: Tanked, a well known game on Android, IOS, and WebOS.

EXAMPLES:

(Yes, pretty AWESOME.)

NOTE: The ranks are not based on the players abilitys/skills in any way. I randomly ranked them for an example.

This is a really good idea! This way you can tell how good/how much of a noob a player is in general by looking at their name! Although you may want to have grey instead of yellow as yellow is hard to see.

I love it !!
I'm totally encouraging this idea, and i think RedDragon is right. Yellow is a bit too bright, make it grey instead.

Experience should depend on how you stack up against the other players , how much you won by and how much damage you did, how many times you fixed, the cars you were up against, and more...

Well, the idea is good, but I really hate how it looks on the screenshots... besides, you can't really just count it on wins. Someone like me can just go into Dominion and win all day, while people like Turbo might have a 1000 1v1s with Demise and only win like a 1/3 of them, which you can't really blame them for ._.

No offense, but I don't think that's too necessary. Razz There are good players that might not be so active all the time, so they won't gain much experience (even if they have much experience). On the other hand, average players might play a hundred matches per day with newbies and gain a lot of experience (even if they're not so good).

And btw, it won't do any good to the game. Razz

I really like the idea, but maybe the colors could be changed a little. As what Phyrexian said, it shouldn't be counted on wins or losses. I could do the same thing he said and win all day... I think it should counted on the amount of time you've been on NFMM, like on Aim. Calculated by join date. Or maybe, how many matches you've played... Overall I would really like this to happen, but I doubt Omar'll approve it.

Disagree with the "idea". Simply because I dislike labeling people. Get to know the person if you want to know something about the person.

That's 1 minute work by RadicalRacer.

Actually I should've put this down, If I am Turbo and my rank is dark blue atm. And I go decide to play with noobs in Dominion that are ranked as pink. I'm not gaining as much experience as if it was Dark Blue vs. Dark Blue, not Dark Blue vs. Pink. To keep this brief if your rank is more farther away from the person your playing with you won't gain as much experience as if it were closer to your rank.

Any ideas of what experience could count on? Going back to Split's post like, how many stunts the person did, how much damage did the person do on the other players, etc.

What do you mean when you say that?

Idea of what colors to change them to? Any ideas of what experience could be based off of?

I disagree with this idea. There is no reason to judge a player from amongst us. The reason being simple, as this might discourage most of the players who might happen to fall in the lower category considering the colours.

Take school uniforms for instance. If a rich guy and a moderately poor guy happen to go to the same school, wearing the same uniform would not cause any diversity among both of them. They would be considered equal. However, if they happen to wear coloured clothes, then obviously, the rich guy would be in much better clothing compared to the poor guy and hence might cause diversity and might make the rich guy feel superior and the poor guy, inferior.

Similarly, when we all joined NFMM, we were noobs. I admit that I myself acted like one, and still do. The only difference that happen to occur was that I practiced the game alot and became the player people call me today. Like that, you can see that not everyone can become a great player, but a great player can come from anywhere, but he might need time. This way, you're discouraging the guy in the first place.

What if the guy you're referring to as noob might be the one ending up becoming a better player than you? It's not about the skills, it's about continuety. As we being the people who started this epic game, retire, it is up to the new generation to continue our work, in terms of gaming.

I guess I just made this a bit too long. You might've understood why I disagree with this topic. There should be no differences.
