EDIT: To make a car, you must download NFM from ArcadeTown. Click the followning link:
http://www.arcadetown.com/needformadness/game.asp

Open the folder you downloaded.
You can see a folder named "graphics". Click it. Now you can see a file named "models.zipo". To open it, rename folder to models.zip and you can see the files.
For example, there is a file named "2000tornados". This file is Tornado Shark´s file. Click it and you see some codes. Use the car tutorial and make some changes in the car. Save the file. But don´t open NFM. Rename models.zip back to models.zipo. WHY? If you play NFM and models.zipo is models.zip, you can´t see and select cars.

Good luck with completing the version, but I agree with either asking for Legna's bus or dramatically improving the current bus you've made. And when you say that the wheels are "designed to fit that way", how do you mean?

Cuz if you look closely, the space between is just enough for the wheels.
