WHAT AND HOW TO POST YOUR CLAN!

Thanks to new clans coming from every background now, new rules needed to be set up so that we get our morals right.

Sure clans have different rules, but now things are getting out of hand. People do not understand how much thought must be put into a clan before setting up. Even if you are making a clan because it's becoming a fad in NFMM, or for fun, you must include all the criteria below to be a REAL clan:

Before the below rules come into affect, you yourself AS THE LEADER OF A CLAN need to have the following:

MUST be in the Community group.
40+ posts.
Introduction here.

Without the above 3 things, you may not post your clan. These are in place to prevent random clans from popping out of nowhere with no ambition/interest/seriousness.

WHAT YOUR CLAN TOPIC NEEDS TO INCLUDE / SHOW:

Name of Clan
~Topic name
Clan Logo
~Decorate your clan's topic by showing us some artwork!
~It can be anything, as long as you show us something that has to do with your clan.
Memberlist
~founder, co-leaders + members [organised list, use spoilers if needed!!]
~member-limit? Invite-only?
~level of skill needed?
Rules + Policies
~Rules MUST BE SHOWN CLEARLY.
~Policies like: multi-clanning, hierarchy (ranks), interests (warring, tournys, other) MUST BE SHOWN!
Contact information
~Who to contact for information?
~Where? Youtube? PM? other site?
~Needed to show who is in charge.
Clan color(s)
~Every clan must be made up of one, or 2 colors to distinguish your whole clan to another.
~Show it CLEARLY in your topic.

Memberlist

Each clan is composed of members. Every clan has a main leader or founder, this must be shown in each clan topic out there. Levels of skill and other features like Clan Invite-Only must be specified. Does your clan have a maximum amount of members? Mention it. Do not boast about it.

Ranks

You must show the way your clan is set up. The levels within your clan is important as hell, to give an idea of how it is built up, and the long way your journey in a clan may be. You do not need to provide what you need in order to get there, although a vague description of each rank would help.

Rules

Quite simply, a clan is built on an idea. Every clan has a system, and it is not your interests that make you different or unique to another, it's your members! So, stuff like what you do not allow in your clan, or what can get someone booted out must be shown.

Interests

Each clan has its own interests. Warring, Tournaments or other games/events like Hide n' Seek are only to mention some of the few. Others like a friend-list, MUST BE SHOWN.

Contact Information

Got a forum? Site? HQ? FB page? Mention it. You must state clearly what you got, even if you don't. It helps distinguish yourselves.

Multi-Clanning

This is a controversial policy in the community. It basically means people being in more than one clan at a time! We will not say whether it is good or bad, some clans allow it, some don't. Here are some advantages and disadvantages about it, to help brighten the picture:

Whose back are you going to backstab? You serve 2 masters? Having 1 wife isn't enough by the looks of it...
Promotes selfishness.
Hopping clans isn't a sight to see...

Clan Colors!

Upon starting a topic about your clan, you must state clearly your color. You might say it is something small, but it would help us distinguish your clan to another. Be precise, pick a color you all agree on. You can have up to a mix of 4 colors, but 1 must be unique and represent your clan in the index of clan topics.

You can experiment and come up with your own shades of color, so if the color is not there, please send a PM to InhumanPwnage to add the color to your topic if it's not there.

If you miss out on any of the above, your clan topic will be locked without warning. These restrictions are here to guide all those who are interested in any clan located in this section. Feel free to ask a question below or suggest anything that is not here.

This is a topic for suggestions or loopholes, not a pleading/whining topic for someone to unlock it.
