The use of sharing websites on this forum is strictly forbidden unless it is:- A link to a Clan's forum (NFMM)
- A well known, certified SAFE site. (Youtube/FaceBook/DeviantArt/Twitter/etc...)
- or relevant to the topic in someway or another! MUST BE RELEVANT!
Furthermore:- Do not advertise WEBSITES on these forums. It will only result in instant post deletion and a Ban, depending on the way the post was done!
- Spamming a site or literally just repeating the same thing over and over again would even result in a Warning!
NOTE: Advertising another forum/ website by the " Website" field in a user's profile WILL NOT result in a Ban or Warning however.
2): No Spamming / use of Questionable Content!

Upon further inspection of the forum, certain people only seem to care about post count, or they just never read these rules to begin with. About how every post should be, this is what we look for, to see if your post is spam or not: - Any post which is below 5 words, will be an immediate waste of space to all who post afterward. Not only does it take up space, 5 words would not carry a good supply of information, as a forum is a place for DISCUSSION not chatting! Take the conversation to Personal Messaging or to the Forum Chatbox (see 2nd post for more).
- For all those new people to this forum; DOUBLE POSTING (posting 2 posts after each other or more) is strictly forbidden, unless you are a Developer of your own NFM version It's not a method of getting someone banned, but a way of spamming up the forum. A warning WILL be given, so don't think we won't see you. To avoid such a thing please use the EDIT button located at the Top-Right of your post, to edit your last post with the extra detail and provide a reason.
- No posting of a Topic/Post which already exists OR which has no purpose whatsoever as to what it's aiming at.
By this, it can refer to: -Messages in caps for no reason at all (unless it's an mahboi/Moderator or helps towards the topic).
-Useless posts.
-Inflammatory purposes (see below for more).
-Posts with NO DISCUSSION value whatsoever.
- Any topic that has its last post older than or equal to 3 months, should not be posted on! This act is called Bumping or necro-posting. If you have a question about a topic that falls in this category, send a pm to the original poster about it. Certain topics do not have this rule, see POLICIES below under Posting Issues for more.
- Lastly:- FLAMING or TROLLING won't be tolerated at all costs!
- To FLAME is to either: INSULT, BULLY, HATE, TALK BAD ON BEHALF OF SOMEONE, or openly USE BAD LANGUAGE.
To TROLL is to either: GO OFF TOPIC, ANNOY A PERSON, post FOR THE SAKE OF POSTING, post / use of UNNECESSARY, EROTIC / SENSUAL / NSFW both implied or otherwise, FEARFUL, SCAT related CONTENT ANYWHERE.

3): COPYRIGHT!

Using other people's work or codes without their permission will automatically make you a CODE THIEF! We do not care how you got the code, what counts is that the original creator knows that you are using his/her work! Once you have asked, please credit the original creator, or give them a mention in your work that it is NOT YOURS!We will not bother to write down a list of people who have done this sort of misuse so that you should look out for them, for the simple reason that:
- They can come under any Username, so it is not worth it to mention names - only trust people who you know will do the right thing!
- Definite people you may trust on this forum are the Administrators and Moderators (see bottom page of Index for more).
We leave it now all up to you. Whoever you want, go ahead and share your work. Time and time again have the Administrators seen our own work being forged or stolen by others and just can't stand it.
IF YOU ARE CAUGHT BREAKING THIS RULE, EXPECT THE WORST TO HAPPEN!
4): One Account is ENOUGH!

Using or having more than one account is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! No questions asked, if you have a brother or sister who would like to also register, please ask them to use a different font color to show that it is them, and still use one account! If you are still uncomfortable, please forward all proof that you can show/give to InhumanPwnage regarding more than 1 account per house/family/IP. Any violation of this rule will invoke a BAN!
5): Respect every person's PRIVACY!

This especially goes for media, such as linking sounds or video files to auto-play. These hidden scripts are strictly forbidden.

A Personal Developer topic (PD Topic), has taken the place of the Sticky topic. Naturally, we will now use this special type of topic more often now. The following is what it is used for: - Used to signify that the topic belongs and is being updated by the original poster.
- Original Poster can post as many times as he wants and at any time he wants (PD Topic ONLY!).
- Bumping not allowed after 3 months. Send a private message to the topic starter if last post is more than 3 months old.
A Public topic is one where the subject can change as long as it is relevant to the topic in some way. The only difference isthat the creator does not own the topic, everyone does and everyone can post on. However, there is more to it then that: - Open for everyone to post on.
- Keep Forum Rule #2 (from post 1) in mind.
- Double posting NOT allowed.
- Bumping does NOT exist unless the last post is 1 year old.
An Important topic or MuSt ReAd[/color] have to do with Administrator approved topics which help the community in some way possible, usually in the form of tutorials. The following is what is expected; - Correction of any possible mistakes in the topic.
- Ask questions/discussion about the topic.

In the past, the Administrators used to warn people of impending bans by pm'ing each perpetrator about their infringement. We can no longer stand it, and have instead implemented the WARNING BAR system. The lower your bar, the closer you are to a PERMANENT ban. In case a person is out of control, or it is a special case, then TEMPORARY bans may be considered. WE DO NOT CARE if it was a sibling who got you banned, you should have kept your account intact and away from anyone else's reach, it is even mentinoed on the registration page to never trust anyone or let anyone touch or use your account!! The Warning Bar goes from: - Blue (No Warning),
- Green (Slight misbehaviour),
- Lime (1 warning),
- Yellow (2nd warning),
- Orange (3rd warning),
- Red (FINAL warning),

Once you have registered, you are not allowed to change your username or email address, unless you send InhumanPwnage a private message about it! He can change it for you since he's an Administrator.

- You may only contact InhumanPwnage to change your username once every 2 months (60 days). If you do before, your private message will be ignored.
If your new name change is stupid, inflammatory, too long, confusing or a multiple name of someone else's, it will be rejected.
- You may ask InhumanPwnage to change your email address only with a good reason, once a month (if needed).
Will only be changed for you if you provide a good reason!

The chatbox acts as a small IRC (internet relay chat) that operates embedded on the forum index & portal.

- The Administrators have a @ symbol next to their name which means that they have the power to kick/ban people from the chatbox at will.
- Images may be posted the same way as in topics, even videos.
May only be done with the permission of other people present!
- It is a place for both chatting and discussion, and has been seen to operate rather slowly or laggy at times.
It will operate even slower with people posting pictures/videos, sometimes even glitch it up! So don't post pictures at will if you don't mind.
- YOU SHALL NOT SPAM!
Or cause excess traffic/load on the chatbox by logging in and out repetitively! Not even troll or flame for that matter! Or send erotic or fearful content! (example: my love/screamers) The Quickest way to get you banned.
- Remember that it is there to make our forum experience easier.

If caught, it will be removed without warning. For how long depends on what was inside and the offender.
