If your name is taken when you try and login as it, just add some random numbers or something.
When a rank is unclaimed, anyone can claim it. However, there will be a limit to how many claims you can make to prevent one person from filling the board.
If a rank is already claimed and you wish to challenge the holder for it, you will play 1 v 1. All matches will be best 2/3. Here's how it will work for cars: for the first match, the holder of the rank will pick the stage. On the second, the challenger will pick the stage. If there's a third, the person winning will choose it. If it's a tie than the holder of the rank will choose it. Clearly, you both must use the car the rank is for.
For track ranks, it's 1 v 1, best 2/3, and the stage will be the stage rank. The car used for stages must be a Game Car. Stage laps cannot be altered.
The holder of the rank can have a "pass" once throughout his rank holding. This means he can deny a challenge, and the denied challenger cannot challenge him for another week.
If a holder has to go on vacation, he needs to notify one of the rank administrators. Once he is on vacation, his rank will be marked and a new rank for that car/stage will open up. People will ignore the marked one and challenge and play for the new created substitute in the meantime. Once the holder returns, he will challenge the leader of the substitute rank. After the victor is decided, the substitute rank will be deleted.
If you disconnect more than once, it starts counting as a loss. This system is reset for every challenge.
When you're in a match, it is your responsibility to snapshot the screen that shows the winner screen and post/send it to a rank administrator. If you don't do this, no one will know about your match.
Respect your rank administrators or you'll be banned from the ranks until the administrator feels you can control yourself.
The players' NFMM name in screenshots must be known by the rank administrators or proved by the person(s) himself to count.
Rank holders have the option to put "weekends" after their claim. This means they'll only fight on weekends (any matches held during the week will not count).
Between same-rank challenges, you are allotted a 1-week cool-down to rest.
You can appeal any of these rules; however, you must do so through means of PM to all active administrators.
After consecutively losing two challenges to a rank holder in one particular rank, you are prohibited from challenging that rank holder for that rank for a week. After that week, if you lose the challenge you are prohibited for 2 weeks. A week is added on for every loss (the rank holder can override this prohibition and challenge the challenger anyway if he wishes).
Custom Car ranks cannot be used to seize Overall Waster or Overall Racer. Unregistered accounts would suffer an unfair disadvantage if this was plausible, and it would render Game Cars irrelevant in the Overall metagame.

Updated everything (afaik). Need to check over the Track Pie Chart, but everything else should be up to date.
Argh....! My name change request has been fulfilled by IP. Sorry, but you might wanna change my AIM username on the table of Multiplayers Names again, from densmenace09 to my current name.
Updated and checked the Stage Tables as well as CF's new username. Hopefully everything is up to date. Also, Wasted claimed that Rocket Arena stage before you did afaik, and unfortunately I have had to change that back. If you are still interested in the rank CF, please challenge him for it.

1) First, I'd like to challenge Neon for High Rider Racing. 2) Second, I'd like to challenge Steam for Trollradical Racing this car still sucks 2) I'd also like to challenge Radical24 for Stage 2 NFM1 (Contrary to Popular Belief) and Stage 12 NFM 2 (Suddenly, The King Becomes Santa's Little Helper) 3) Finally, I'd like to challenge Velocity for Stage 9 NFM 2 (Majestic Duty)

Challenge accepted Turbo. But you have to defend your F7 racing and Overall racing first, as I challenged for them first. Then, you can challenge me for any rank you want.
