I done 15 laps of this by experimenting with different things and I got this lap time.

Guys, can I ask, does only lap 1 count? Or can it be lap 2 or lap 3?

i believe 2 or 3 is fine.

The lap time I got cannot be consistent throughout all 3 laps... I personally think the 1 lap is good, it's giving it all your best in 1 lap. Trying to keep the same time throughout the whole race can be a bit frustrating...

That wouldn't make sense because some of the final checkpoints aren't in the same place as the starting line, which would cause the second+ lap to be a longer distance than the first one.

Exactly... Tracks like Gun Run, DWM, and Let the dream begin have quite a distance from the starting line and the final checkpoint.

not always, in F&F for example the final checkpoint is right behind the starting positions, and when you finish the lap you are normally with full power bar so therefore lap 2+ has an advantage over lap 1.

What's the rule on scenery? Does it matter if it's on or off?

I guess it does matter if you use scenery, some ppl might use the pile thingies for extra AB'ing.

Guys, just a suggestion:

Don't do the entire track Most of the time the 1st lap is the quickest route anyway. Also, it's harder to sustain constant work like that. Just do 1 lap, then quit, and retry until you have a suitable time.
