I've made a YouTube channel called TimeAttackNFM not too long ago. The purpose of the channel is for people to share the recordings of their fastest runs on various tracks.
I haven't yet fully set up the channel (I want it to look nice, and also make an intro of some sort), but before I get down to either working my butt off or bothering other people about it, I want to know whether people would actually post recordings of their times to the channel or not. Please comment what you'd do and what you think about this (I was thinking about setting up a poll at first, but I decided against it.
Also, I could set up some statistics concerning time trials (or DS could add it as some extra feature to his website) and I was thinking about getting clans more involved in this stuff too. There are 3 main options I am thinking about right now:
- (1) Include stats of how each clan does, regardless of what they think.
- (2) Include stats only of clans which don't mind having their stats displayed.
- (3) Don't mix up TTs with clans.
I think option 2 is the most reasonable. In my opinion it would be an interesting new way for clans to compete with each other (up until now the only way clans could directly compete were wars and the occasional tournament, such as CRC 2013). I'd also like to hear what you have to say about this and which option (if any) you'd prefer.
