Now, this will work differently.
So say both members of the same team are like.. 1st and 2nd, and there's a team that had a driver finish 3rd then his teammate 5th.

So here's how scoring works in this tournament.
The players are scored upon their position in the race. Like this:
1st Player One - 10 Pts
2nd Player Two - 8 Pts

Let's say they're from the same team, they would get 18 Points, since your total points are combined with your teammate's.
But what if two players from the same team place completely differently? Well the results will still be the same, it all depends on their finishing position.

Here are the score amounts.

1st - 10 Points
2nd - 9 Points
3rd - 8 Points
4th - 6 Points
5th - 4 Points
6th - 3 Points
7th - 2 Points
8th - 1 Point
DNF - 0 Points <<< You can only achieve that if you purposely disconnect ingame or disconnect again after the redo was initiated.
