It's not once your allowed. You can post your clan, but it needs to fulfill the requirements for to not get locked and be approved of.

Anyways, this may be a little off topic, but my clan (eXclusive) is gonna war Legendary.

In order to declare a war. Your clan activity must be almost 2 months. Legandry's activity has hardly been 2 weeks. And you're gonna have to wait till you get into the community member list. So, babe, you'll have to wait for 4-5 months before you war a clan.

Yes, I am not the one to decide. But there are certain rules that one has to follow. Keep your attitude right towards the community. You haven't even posted your clan topic yet. You need members, activity, training, and then you should go to war with a clan. Randomly going to war without any practise will possibly result in failure. I'm just outlining what might happen. I've seen you play, thats why I'm telling you
