Well, I got this idea for a tournament (of course, this has to be done when neither of the clans is busy, I just thought I should post this before I forget) where we would have 4 teams of 4 (I like the number 4), and they would play each other in sets of 3v3 games (why teams of 4? some people might prefer to race only/waste only or might not be able to come on a particular date for this to happen).

Now, to start this, we have to determine the teams and their de-facto leaders. To do this, I decided I'd pick 2 people from each clan (Dexterity, Steam, Ultimato and me) which are considered skilled and place them in order from 1 to 4 by skill. To make sure no one complains about me making either of the clans look better or worse than the other, the numbers given to these two peope from each clan will add up to 5, which makes it easier since it's obvious I am the worst of the 4 and therefore I get number 4 and Steam then gets number 1. I really have no clue about whether Ultimato is better or worse than Dexterity, so I decided I'd roll a die and if it's an even number Ultimato gets 2 and if an odd number Ultimato gets 3 (*does a roll and the number is 2, therefore Ultimato is the leader of team 2*).

Now that we're past that, I can further explain my pattern for choosing the teams.

To do that, we have to get 12 more Elites/MWs to join the tournament, and place them all in order of skill (note that it doesn't have to be accurate, just an approximation). Then, they would be placed into teams in a pattern like this:

7. Team 2
8. Team 1
9. Team 1
10. Team 2
11. Team 3
12. Team 4
13. Team 4
14. Team 3
15. Team 2
16. Team 1

Which should make the teams fairly interesting. Before we do all that stuff though, I'd like to know if Dexterity, Ultimato and Steam are all ready to participate in this tournament, or if I have to replace anyone.

Best way to decide anyway guys, don't worry about dates, we won't need all 4 teams to come on at once, and from those 2 teams which will be playing each other one from each can sit out the match if neccesary.

I'm in. I have no interest whatsoever in being the leader of the team as long as the other guy does not try to boss around with me.

And Steam, being the leader of a team really only means that you pick who plays in what game and pick half the stages for those matches.

I have to apologize for my lack of activity these past couple of days because I have been experiencing critical connection disruptions which sometimes last for over 5 hours. My family has no idea if it's the coaxial cable or our internet provider (Comcast) which may he causing this, but I was assured that this problem would be fixed later this week, therefore I accept whatever Phyrexian is appointing me as.

Phyrexian, not sure if you've thought of it already, but the teams need colours like clans to avoid confusion.

Um Phy, not to say that this tourney isnt gonna work or anything, but there r 4 slots left and they haven't filled up for 3 days now. Just asking, what would happen if we don't get anymore participants in like 2 weeks?

We would probably just start without them, it's nothing too important, besides good practice. Phy and Wolf can always send out PM's to people who haven't applied yet.

Aerial (ixerr) hasn't been online for ages, It'll be best to take him out of the equation, Phy.

Zee is inactive, Miika barely comes on, A9 is inactive pretty much, but we can ask Grave.
