If a challenger is challenged, no matter what the outcome of the match is (tie, loss, or win), he reserves the right to have a 1-week cool-down.
If he doesn't want a cool-down, he can go ahead and play for his rank again.
I'm guessing this should apply to Aim members only, yes.
