NOT showing up anytime in the middle of the night. Besides, this thing's not important in real-life.. I did the TT, hoping the rest of the tournament had suitable timings, but just nope.

If we went with her time, no team would probably show up. I told you before on the topic it can easily happen, and gins timezone is just impossible to deal with... if we went with Gins it'd mean TF7 ppeople would have to be awake at 4 am or so as well as Physics from my clan and people from Europe might have a hard time getting there too. I have to go with the majority, and besides, thats why you have the subs + 2 player teams... nothing was stopping TXM, Marek or BT from showing up, so don't take it out on me... if you really must, go complain to TXM about why he didn't even remember being in the tournament...

By the way, only the top 6 from all the teams proceed, 3 into finals 3 into runners up, so you guys are out no matter what..

In other words, we were unable to accomodate anyone with a +5 or higher GMT timezone.

Okay guys, I've decided to make a little summary of which team has got how many points and their chances to pass into the next rounds.

1. Dexterity[36] + Ultimato[0] - 36 pts
2. Phyrexian[26] + SpaceParadox[3] - 29 pts
2. Champion[26] + Turbo[3] - 29 pts
4. Physics[19] + Zata[3] - 22 pts
5. Fidget@TF7[12] + Conspicious[9] - 21 pts
6. WolfInABox[15] + Nitro[0] - 15 pts

Now you might be wondering, wtf, why is Physics's team before Fidget's? I was really surprised when I found out too and thought I counted wrong, but wait...

:0 Totally everyone (even me) forgot Zata's 3 points which make Elites Team 3 have 1 more point than TF7 Team 1!

Also, you might be wondering why I put Wolf's team as can't pass when top 6 pass. Well, it's because in the next group, even if each team gets the the lowest number of points they can, they still get more than Wolf (70 pts per round / 4 teams + 3 pts from Round 1 = 20.5 pts) and take 6th place once the round is over. Of course, you can't get half points, so 2 of the teams would have to get 21 points and 2 of them would get 20, which means TF7's team might have a tough time passing into the next round as well.

Anyway, I thought I'd just mention this stuff so that people have something to discuss here.

Made a very slight change to the pointing system for runners' up round, now instead of 5th place getting 1 point they don't get any. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th remain unchanged.

Oh wow! 2 ties! We'll have to plan some tie-breakers to deal with this... firstly, we need to sort out which of the 2 teams (Phyrexian + SpaceParadox or Champion + Turbo) gets into the finals and which goes into the runners' up, and secondly we also need to see whether Fidget and Consp are in as the last team for the runners' up or Steam and Olsie028 are!

I'll talk to IP about the rules for the tie-breakers... I was thinking we could do a best out of 3 or best out of 5 set of 1v1s, where the person who lost the last game picks the next track.

EDIT: Tie breaker between Team 1 Unleashed and Team 2 NFM Elites is done, Unleashed go on into the finals and Elites are in the runners' up... gonna post the rules for tie breakers tommorow.

Well, it kinda seems this tournament will have to extend until after christmas although I tried to avoid it   I'll try to set E Team 1 and TF7 Team 1 in motion already, though I did tell the players they should discuss the times between them...
