I'm aiming for 58 seconds on Gun Run which, from what I heard, IS frankly possible.

Yes 58 seconds is possible, I almost got it myself but I missed the final checkpoint. ._.

What will happen if we won't get 15 teams? as the whole tournament round 2+ is designed to have 15 teams, what do you think?

The number of teams that passes will be reduced to 12, so there will be 3 groups of 4.

I've done a few attempts at the Timetrial, practically all were 1:01 ._.
I'll take a couple more shots at it and enter my final time.

My closest was 0:59:04, but that's because I used the hyper-gliding technique on all the ramps. I am aiming for at least 0:58:99 which I am so close to achieving.

http://prntscr.com/20hrz0 , meh... almost got it, because of my krappy keyboard and computer. I always experience delays when using DS's addon which was giving lots of disadvantages to me. Also, I always have a problem ab'ing, means when my car is in the air, it automatically rotates slowly to the right direction even though I didn't pressed it... , it's not my skill problem BTW. I had done everything as I could... I believe it's my computer caused me the problem, probably...

I don't mean the time, I could beat that in a couple of tries, I mean that the 2 times are EXACTLY the same. If I recorded both on a video, the finish would be so close it would quite probably finish on the same frame.

By the way, that aerial boosting thing with the car turning IS a skill problem, that glitch is fairly common, it happens whenever the game feels like ruining your time.

I'm trying to re-achieve my 58 seconds again but while recording it so Phy could put mine and his side-by-side for a close evaluation of the difference. What do you think?

You can't really revoer is back, for some reason the game always turns you right and never turns you back to how you were... you have to start stunting and messing up your AB to get back ._.

Can I submit a timetrial as a substitude or no? Just asking xD

There is a way to perfect AB'ing which is to drive the ramp as straight as possible and by quickly AB'ing as soon as you get off. Works for me but its kinda difficult, in my experience

Sounds like regular AB except that you take the whole ramp, rather than the side which people would normally take. I only managed 58 seconds by lifting the nose of my car up as well as AB at the same time when I get of every ramp, it gives you a much stronger boost.
